RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Your satisfaction is important to us because we want you to love what you ordered. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

All returns/exchanges must contain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number please contact customerservice@physiquekings.com. If you send a return/exchange request without an RMA number, we will have to send that original package back.

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, please contact customerservice@physiquekings.com and we will issue you a return prepaid label.

Transit Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.
